Booking Process — Step by Step
- Rider calls CIRTA to request a ride between Hamilton and Hancock County.
- CIRTA collects the information needed to put the rider in both systems and books the Hamilton County Express portion in SPARE.
- CIRTA submits a trip request form and (if needed) an intake form via email to RIDE Hancock.
- CIRTA calls RIDE Hancock to confirm the request was received.
- The RIDE Hancock dispatcher confirms or denies the trip and responds to CIRTA at info@cirta.us with final trip details. This should occur as soon as possible, but no more than 48 business hours later.
- If no response by day 2, CIRTA follows up with RIDE Hancock.
- Once confirmed, CIRTA calls the rider with final trip details.
